That is the way I see it. The Agent shot her as she was passing him. The Agent who shot her was in no danger. She should have been arrested later not shot. They had enough information to arrest at home.

Yeah, to the side, as he was sliding off her hood. Regardless, you can shoot an armed criminal in the back as he runs away, if he has already demonstrated that he is willing to use that gun. The same applies to a car as a weapon. It is his duty to kill armed and dangerous people..

The ICE agent (another ******* human being) was in front of the vehicle on the left...She tried to run him over....I've seen the video from the front and that is beyond clear.

Vehicular assault...I'd have shot her in the face too.
