If so, man their training needs to be updated in my opinion.

Sane people dont run cops over. Sane people will however run from cops, so they stand in front. If the person is crazy enough to run him over, he gets shot and the public becomes a little bit safer that day.

Shooting an unarmed activist and protester, ICE is getting way out of hand. Ms. McLaughlin was protesting, which under the United States Constitution was her right, but I'm sure ICE will justify the shooting.

He didnt shoot before she hit him, which means he shot as she was hitting him. He was pushed to the side very quickly, so it had to happen as he was being hit.
