The video evidence is clear. He will stand trial for it in three years, when there are no protections from Trump to help him.

She waved the first car through. She didn’t stop anyone’s movement except the car that drove right up to her door aggressively. She then pulled away under 10 MPH without hitting anyone. She was shot after she cleared everyone without hitting anyone.

The ICE Agent was in front of the vehicle (and in contact with the vehicle) when she was taking off, and he shot her, dumbass.

It still wouldn't make a difference if the officer wasn't in direct danger if they still believe she posed a danger to the life or bodily injuries of others. She doesn't have to be actively threatening the officer to get shot, and as long as she is behind the wheel of a vehicle, she just attempted to run over someone with, it is considered a deadly weapon, she is still armed, and she is a threat they can most certainly address.
