Child rapists in your community is a minor problem? What's a major problems in your community? If ICE had really wanted to grab some illegal, they wouldn't have bothered to use multiple resources for such a minor problem.
She was waving them around. It is ironic that she was waiting for them pass so that she wouldn't get in their way by moving at that second, but trying to NOT get in their way is declared obstruction. It's literally the definition of obstruction.

Were not discussing probable cause.Probable cause needs to be specific.
How do you know this? She was waving them around. It is ironic that she was waiting for them pass so that she wouldn't get in their way by moving at that second, but trying to NOT get in their way is declared obstruction.![]()
We were talking about the minor problem of Renee Good being in the road.Child rapists in your community is a minor problem? What's a major problems in your community?
Probable cause to arrest Good, of course. Were not discussing probable cause.
We are discussing your assertion that ICE has to be seeking a specific person to under active operations not traveling to or from or patrolling.
They don't.
She parked he car diagonally across the road impeding traffic. She was waving them around. It is ironic that she was waiting for them pass so that she wouldn't get in their way by moving at that second, but trying to NOT get in their way is declared obstruction.![]()
They weren't there to arrest Good. She brought their attention to her.Probable cause to arrest Good, of course.
She was not why ICE was in that neighborhood. We were talking about the minor problem of Renee Good being in the road.
Isn't it common for cars to stop diagonally in the road, when they realize they need to wait for a car or person to pass? Yes, it is very common. She parked he car diagonally across the road impeding traffic.
For over three minutes blowing the horn?Isn't it common for cars to stop diagonally in the road, when they realize they need to wait for a car or person to pass? Yes, it is very common.
A. I’m pretty sure it was her neighborhood. Not sure why that is a big issue to you but I’d appreciate you showing us how you know this.Uh, no.
It was not "her neighborhood." That's the talking point that the Dem politicians are using, i.e. "ICE is arresting our neighbors!" They are calling anyone in the state, in fact anyone in the country "our neighbor" as long as they are being arrested by ICE. They were looking for ICE operations and they found it after she "dropped off" her remaining child.
It was pure harassment of law enforcement doing their duty. That's not legal.
Yes, they could get around hers. But not "easily." Easily getting by is what happens when no one has parked their car perpendicular to traffic in the middle of the road. That's how the roads and the traffic laws are designed. We had a welfare dolee non-contributor blocking
If your car blocks traffic, they don't just give you a ticket and let you keep blocking traffic.
ICE should not be having to move cars off the road. Local and state police should be doing that. But Tampon Tim found political advantage in ordering law enforcement to allow the rioters free reign.
The federal government is not going to stop enforcing the law because cry-baby sore losers don't like who is in the White House, and have the time on their hands to go out and try to obstruct federal law enforcement.
Yeah. And?For over three minutes blowing the horn?
why does the full unedited video scare you so much??Yeah. And?
Eleven cars passed her. She got stuck and was waiting for them all to pass. It would take 3 minutes for 11 cars to pass. For over three minutes blowing the horn?
Nope. She sat there parked for over three minutes obstructing traffic . If you won't even acknowledge this fact of her action, you are wasting my time and we're done.Isn't it common for cars to stop diagonally in the road, when they realize they need to wait for a car or person to pass? Yes, it is very common.
OK we're doneEleven cars passed her. She got stuck and was waiting for them all to pass. It would take 3 minutes for 11 cars to pass.
How does blocking the road raise awareness of what ICE was doing?C. Was her car blocking ICE operations? My understanding was that she was blocking the road to rose awareness of what ICE was doing in front of her. She was annoying but not obstructing
She wasnt stuck it was a one-way road.Eleven cars passed her. She got stuck and was waiting for them all to pass. It would take 3 minutes for 11 cars to pass.
