She backs up, and changes the angle of the SUV, placing the officer in her path and immediately guns the engine and moves forward....he had no time to do a T.J. Hooker dive roll out of the way......

On top of that.....if you watch the video that shows the actual hit....you can see he is standing on actual ice and slides as she hits him....that is the only thing that kept him from being bashed to the ground and run over by the left, drivers side wheel....

He didn't walk in front of the vehicle....she backed up and changed the direction the SUV was facing, placing the agent in front of the SUV...which is why she hit him when she gunned the engine and accelerated forward.
