Breaking: Woman shot while trying to kill ICE agents in Minnesota

No, if you look closely, you see Good is looking to her left at the officer at her door the second she starts to move forward. Yes, then she looks forward to see Ross, but by then it is too late to react.

She is looking directly at the agent telling her to "get out of the car", which in no way will ever mean put your foot on the gas, and drive anywhere.

He tried only to make it look good.
.

That's easily the funniest stupid comment we've heard so far in this group of threads.

His life is in danger and he's got the time to think about how to "make it look good".

I think it might be time for the STFU Cage.

See westwall, bitterhook sees her looking to her left as she moves forward, why can't you?

You have no point to make; she is looking dead at the agent who has been giving her clear instructions to "get out of the car" (repeatedly).

Whatever stupid idea she came up with in that moment, is exactly, and wholly what lead to her tragic death.

He tried to make it look good because he wanted to make shooting the woman look good. Police are always trying to cover their brutality, like always saying "stop resisting" when the person is laying helpless on the ground.

You're so full of horse poo it's funny. However, you are also intellectually dishonest.

So you ave a nice day.

That's not entirely true. If you recklessly run out into traffic without looking, you are held responsible for what happens next.

This officer walked in front of the vehicle, which is specifically prohibited by tactical guidelines issued by ICE.
That’s completely irrelevant. The fact is he was standing there and regardless of “tactical guidelines” the driver isn’t suddenly free to hit him.

FACT: The driver was clearly told to exit the vehicle.
FACT: The driver’s wife told her to “drive, drive, drive” AFTER she was told to exit the vehicle.
FACT: The driver drove off after being told to exit the vehicle and was headed in then direction of the officer.

IMO, the driver was not trying to hit the officer. Also, IMO, the officer did not enter the situation with the intention on killing someone.

The ONLY thing that matters is the officer’s state of mind when the driver hit the accelerator. Did he reasonably believe he might get hit? He had to make a decision a within a second.

What I do know is the driver failed to comply with direction from Federal officers and made a critical mistake by driving off. She further compounds the mistake by driving in the direction of one of the officers. Perhaps the officer needed to keep his weapon in his holster and just move out of the way. In any scenario, this was never going to end well when the driver refused to cooperate,

You must believe our out-of-control police force are saints and perfect too.
Oh, I have never come close to saying that, and you would know that if you ever looked at my posts on the subject.

But you keep on flailing. But just an observation here...you're not very good at it.

But it does, and I am sorry it isn't more convenient to your empty assertions that camera angle makes a damn bit of difference to the decisions made by all the parties present at the point of contact. I cannot help it that you don't ******* understand real-life and reality don't have monday-morning-quarterbacking and rewind options.

Camera angle is crucial to tracing what actually happened.

I could care less about the clearly reckless and unprofessional decisions made by the ICE goons.

The shooter is clearly incompetent, dangerously so.

Camera angle is crucial to tracing what actually happened.

What actually happens in any given moment, as perceived by whoever is present in their conditions and locations, and has any effect over what is about to occur, is never determined by any camera angle or replay.

Real life does not adjust to conditions that can be created, accessed or reviewed, after the fact.

What actually happened is made clear from the examination of the available evidence.
