Seriously, though, isn’t it well known that testosterone is associated with increased aggression? A woman pretending to be a man would most likely be taking testosterone.

It certainly seems plausible. testosterone is known to increase aggressive tendencies.

Men are accustomed to it, and if we were brought up properly, and are of good character, then we know how to control our aggression, or channel it appropriately.

It seems likely to me that a woman, not having grown up accustomed to the effects of male levels of testosterone, and not having been brought up as a man to know how to deal with the aggressive tendencies that are inherent in being a man, on suddenly beginning testosterone treatments, and suddenly experiencing the aggressive tendencies resulting therefrom, might end up behaving in a more harmfully-aggressive manner than a man would, under the same levels of testosterone.
