The Light of Truth
I have. It is you who has refused to look around.

I bet that if you unlock your posting history, I can find any number of responses to you posts which disprove your claim.
Awww. I'm right, eh?

Right now it looks like you are searching for justifications for war. I have done my research, and I understand the goals/purposes of why these wars have happened. You are essentially saying that I hate my country because I am against these various wars."Endless foreign wars" is a slogan, not an actual fact. Perhaps you should spend some time trying to understand the reasons for the war and the goals of the war before forming an opinion about it. Right now it just looks like you are searching for justifications for hating America.
I'm nothing in particular. I am an individual that comes to my own conclusions without regard for party affiliation. If that's too much for you to understand - so be it.
Prove it.

I'm not masquerading as anything. Whatever you are saying - is on you. I don't think you want to have an honest conversation either. Again, just insults, no substance. So now you're masquerading as a Lolbertarian?![]()

And I would agree.I don't consider it Patriotism to support endless foreign wars.

I've generally found it easy to discuss things with JanetTheGreat even though we don't always agree. If you wanted to have an "honest" conversation, you'd explain how you consistently attacked Trump after your first few posts, continually using the trope "I voted for Trump..." to get some kind of legitimacy.
Come on, people aren't really as gullible as you think they are.![]()
Believe me I'm no fan of the Iranian regime - however the justifications for this seem nonsensical. We don't know for sure what they've done to their people - people quote all these numbers about the amount of civilians killed, but I have yet to see concrete evidence that supports that. I am not saying it is not possible - just that at the current point in time I am skeptical. And I would agree.
I am not a fan of the Iran action (it's not a war.....yet....and I doubt it will ever be one....you may think that is semantics...but there is a big difference between this and the stupidity the LBJ and GWB got us into).
At the same time, there is no getting around the fact that the last 50 years have been a form of appeasment against a country that exports death and terror.
There are no easy answers.
But summing it up in terms that don't mean much isn't going to help.
That their regime slaughters their citizens is their business...right? I mean it really is. I don't like it, but I have no way to stop it.
But I am sure as hell not interested in this same group of religious nut getting a bomb.
Does that justify what Trump has done? Not to me.
But it's not like we bombed Nirvana.
The subject of this thread is the current war in Iran, and there is nothing in any of your posts to suggest you have made any effort to understand the reasons or goals of this war and you try to hide your ignorance by changing the subject to all of America's wars.Right now it looks like you are searching for justifications for war. You are putting words in my mouth and making erroneous assumptions just because you don't like what I am saying.
You are correct. If we bombed their nuclear capacity and wiped out their missile systems in 2025, why are we back again, if what we did the first time was successful?Iran has been on the radar for a long long time.
We bombed their nuclear capability. A lot of people didn't like it, but we did it and we left.
What is going on here is stranger to me and I seriously think there is a lot we don't know.
He doesn't.
He has even said that they won't stop the war against Hezbollah. He knows once all fighting ends, he goes to prison and loses his corruption and graft scam.

You say you hate the government because of this war, but then you must also hate FDR because of the terrible war he fought, and you must hate Truman and Eisenhower and Kennedy and LBJ and Nixon and Carter and Reagan and Bush and Clinton and Bush and Obama as well as Trump. But all these governments were put in power by the American people, so you must hate them, too.
The unavoidable conclusion is that you hate America.
Whenever I say an opposing opinion to the die-hard MAGA crowed - all I get is insults. Not actual answers. No solutions. Nothing. I've been here for almost a year, and every time I've said something they don't like that is the best they can come up with.
DOGE was a huge dump on the supporters and they don't even care that there have been no arrests made. If there is all this fraud, where are the arrests?
I doubt Trump woke up to the idea one day.Believe me I'm no fan of the Iranian regime - however the justifications for this seem nonsensical. I brought that up as a "non war" which many wanted to call war.You are correct. If we bombed their nuclear capacity and wiped out their missile systems in 2025, why are we back again, if what we did the first time was successful?
When you are betrayed by the people you trusted - I think you can understand the hate.
In your own words you say you hate your country. If you hate Trump for this war, then you must hate every president for the last century and the American people who put them in power, which means you hate everything about America, the governments, the people who put them into power and the culture that allowed this to happen.I love my country. I hate my government and its wars. Whatever perception you have is on you as you are putting words in my mouth. I'm not going to continue going in circles with you as you clearly don't get it.
There clearly is a plan, and reason for it. Trump isn't doing it out of the blue - but we are not exactly privy to those details.I brought that up as a "non war" which many wanted to call war.
We achieved an objective (or did we?). For now, let's say we did.
There must be another reason for doing this.
