We were promised "no new wars". This is a new war. It's also not even "Ended" yet, its a ceasefire, there has been no official peace treaty.

More than just a couple of promises. By default I hate all politicians - they are all lying scumbags until proven otherwise. Anyone who is still loyal to a politician these days needs to wake up and smell the roses. We the people are just cattle to them. They don't care.

"Endless foreign wars" is a slogan, not an actual fact. Perhaps you should spend some time trying to understand the reasons for the war and the goals of the war before forming an opinion about it. Right now it just looks like you are searching for justifications for hating America.
