Snopes and Wikipedia are sound 99% of the time, but if whatever you are looking for is related to liberalism or religion, then *poof* their credibility and reliability vanishes.

That's actually not true. There are quite a lot of liberal myths that are regularly disproved on snopes, of course conservatives love to ignore this inconvenient fact.

Yes, as she points out, some conservative critics claimed that the school had offered the students “emergency counseling,” and in fact, the word “counseling” was not used in any official communication from Emory’s administration, let alone “emergency counseling.”​

But then claims...

But the administration did promise "...regular and structured opportunities for difficult dialogues, a formal process to institutionalize identification, review and [the] addressing of social justice opportunities and issues and a commitment to an annual retreat to renew our efforts,” and announced that the student government would be holding extra office hours “to provide Emory students an opportunity to discuss such support and inclusivity on Emory’s campus.” While this might not rise to the level of official counseling sessions with trained psychiatric professionals, it seems to me to be at least some sort of counseling or other.​

Well that's not, "emergency counseling," as some portrayed it; and that's what Snopes designated as false. Snopes even goes on to point out that it wasn't counseling that was offered, but support from fellow students...

Fox Sports then reproduced an e-mail sent by student government representatives (i.e. students, not adult faculty or administrators) offering support for events, not counseling:​

Okay, I'm confused about the snopes/moore/bin laden story.

Here (Flights of Fancy) is the Snopes article on the topic. Other websites I've found say Snopes changed their answer from "False" to some sort of true-ish value. But the article I just linked to says "false" and categorically states that bin laden family members were not allowed to fly during the no-fly period just after 9/11.

What gives? Did Snopes correct their correction? Was Moore wrong after all?
