Kidnapping and enslaving and sexually trafficking children is "only charges"?

Yeah, we know you now.

I’m beginning to think us good and honorable ones will suffer repercussions from affiliating with this site

Owner and mods - you need to get the criminal slime bucket advocates Out of Here

It appears he is back in MD with charges of years long involvement of people smuggling
Van Hollen Hero is way worse than originally thought. He may meet an unusual demise that multi layered nefarious characters often do

Reported.

They said they couldn’t do it
No they didn’t. They said they were complaining. They were, they have made it much easier for his return now even. Now they can’t make El Salvador return him, but they have and have now even more facilitated that return

Do you know what that word even means?

Trump lied to us

So, we are going to pay for the transport of foreign national who was here illegally and had a deportation order back to the US so he can face charges here. He will then either be convicted and go to jail here (so the US tax payer can foot the bill to incarcerate him) and be deported back to El Salvador when he completes his sentence, or he wont and he will be deported back to El Salvador where they will likely put him back in jail. Brilliant.
Charges for what? Human trafficking story is bogus.

Due process

You just don’t ship suspected criminals out of the country
Yes the “due process” part doesn’t require him to be flown back to the US. He can have his interview via zoom or we can fly the official down there to do it in person if needed. He doesn’t need to see a judge or go to court. Hell even if he did need to see a judge we do court hearings via video conference for US citizens who reside in the US we can’t do that for an El Salvadorian citizen who doesn’t? It’s not 1975, technology exists.

I think whatever result that guaranteed him his due process that the court would sign off on would be a win.
Again the due process doesn’t involve a court but even if it did he can’t do his court hearings via video conference? We do that for US citizens who reside here in the US. Why does this El Salvadorian who doesn’t live in the US need to do it in person?

I am curious how they can prosecute it and prove it.
Read the indictment, the two federal charges, and you'll see how it will be prosecuted and proved. They have a witness who used to traffick right along with that wonderful husband and father from Maryland and is being offered immunity for his testimony.

Rinse/repeat.

That's it? One person who is testifying? Get ready for the acquittal.
