BREAKING NEWS: Unconditional discharge for Trump

Again, you're confused, as I wasn't in the game. :dunno:

Of course you weren't. The Democrat party wasn't far enough out there on the radical left-wing lunatic fringe for you.

That's pretty obvious from where I'm sitting. The Democrats are pretty damned wacky, but you're way out there in the ozone, bro.

Apparently the GOP wasn't populist and superficial enough for you. Spend like drunken sailors, tax cut. Merit no longer matters. Morals no longer matter. Bigger government for me but not for thee. A handful of trannys is more important than balancing (or even passing) a budget. Let's close the border instead of, you know, making an effort. Oh, I know! Let's acquire Greenland/Panama Canal/Canada to pwn da libz. It's a wonder you morons remember to breathe.

Pretty obvious where I'm sitting.

You're just a cheerleader on the sidelines flailing your pom poms for the loser.

Remember to put on clean underwear for those high kicks.

You're sitting on the lawn of Biden's white house with the topless trannies, right?

You were declared guilty of doing illegalities but No Penalty
No penalty =no actual guilt

Now Trump is like a pretty woman with some freckles on her face. Well, no one is perfect, right? :)

👉 An unconditional discharge means that Donald Trump's conviction for falsifying business records stands, but he faces no jail time, fines, or probation. This type of sentence is rare for felony convictions and is typically reserved for minor offenses. While the conviction remains on his record, it allows Trump to assume the presidency without further legal penalties. However, he may face some restrictions, such as being barred from purchasing firearms in certain states[1][2][3][4][5].

👉 Trump's unconditional discharge does not legally restrict his ability to appoint judges and officials. As President, he retains full authority to make such appointments. However, the implications of being a convicted felon may affect his political capital and public perception, potentially complicating his relationships with lawmakers and influencing the Senate's confirmation process for his nominees. Additionally, this unprecedented situation could lead to increased scrutiny of his appointments, as critics may question the integrity of his choices given his legal history.

👉 Trump's unconditional discharge from his hush money conviction does not directly impact his ability to negotiate international agreements. As President, he retains full authority to engage in diplomatic relations and make executive decisions. However, the conviction may influence his credibility and leverage in negotiations, as some international leaders might question his legitimacy or stability due to his legal history. Ultimately, while the discharge allows him to govern without legal constraints, its implications on his reputation could affect how he is perceived on the global stage.

The judge removed all grounds for appeal.

Agent Orange is a felon, now and forever.

No, the Judge didn't. The Orange Cheeto has one more attempt to get it tossed and I doubt if the Supreme Court will even bother.

He's a convicted Felon. He lost his right to vote and to have firearms of any kind.

You lose again, Cletus. He can just issue a presidential pardon to himself. That would not only restore his right to vote, but his gun rights as well.
