BREAKING NEWS: Unconditional discharge for Trump

You lose again, Cletus. He can just issue a presidential pardon to himself. That would not only restore his right to vote, but his gun rights as well.

I can just see that happening where he pardons himself from state charges. Now, he can threaten the NY
Governor to do it for him but I doubt if the Guv is going to be easily taken in. He can only pardon himself on Federal Charges. I suggest you get back that search for a wife at the next family reunion so your kids can be even dumber than you are.

He's a convicted Felon. He lost his right to vote and to have firearms of any kind.
He cannot own a gun, but he has full time protection and I doubt that is a concern to him.

He can still vote. NY law allows convicted felons to vote as long as they are not incarcerated. Florida law says that whatever the law in the jurisdiction where the crime was committed says, Florida honors that law. Since Trump would not be barred from voting if he lived in NY, he can still vote in Florida.

No, the Judge didn't. The Orange Cheeto has one more attempt to get it tossed and I doubt if the Supreme Court will even bother.
He has a direct appeal to the First Department. If that fails, he can take it to the NY Court of Appeals. If that fails, he can ask the SCOTUS to hear the case.

But Florida won't let convicted felons vote.

He gets "ONE' chance and that's it. And that is the NY Court of appeals. The SCOTUS has zero say in this.

If the conviction was in Florida, that is correct. If the conviction is from some other State, Florida election law follows the law of the State where the conviction was handed down. So even though he is a Florida resident, NY law is what governs Trump's right to vote in Florida.

"A felony conviction in another state makes a person ineligible to vote in Florida only if the conviction would make the person ineligible to vote in the state where the person was convicted."

Incorrect. He has an appeal at the intermediate level (aka the First Department), and if that intermediate appeal fails, he can appeal to the NY Court of Appeals.

If that fails, he can petition the SCOTUS to grand cert. The SCOTUS has the option to hear or not to hear, it is entirely at their discretion.

Wasn't gonna happen.

You can't fix stupid, as you well know.
Actually, we are in the process of doing so. For far too long, too many people voted stupidly for democrats, and now many are voting wisely for Republicans.

Not even a fine! Aaaaaaaahahahhaahahhahahahahaahhahahahahahahahahahaaaa
Indeed, no punishment for his crimes and yet he still cries like a spoiled child AND you applaud and defend such conduct. The man has never faced a true life crisis but that's coming, his own conduct pretty much guarantees that.

tick tock, tick tock, tick tock...

Naahhh… just four years of screaming at the sky for you.

.

President Trump has gotten a lot smarter about delegating and he's had four years to build a huge team. He will need to concern himself less this term with all of the attacks. He'll have people handling it.

The left cult can scream all they want at all levels of their sick society.

Haha cockfag. He can vote in Florida:

"For any other felony conviction in Florida, a person is eligible to register and vote if the person has completed all terms of his or her sentence."

What "sentence"? There wasn't one. :laughing0301:
