BREAKING NEWS: Biden pardons his son

Tonight the stench of deceit, treachery, crime for profit and treason hover over the Biden White House like a black cloud.
It will do so until this evil presidency of Biden is removed .

Can you remember over the years Democrats whining on that no one is above the law? Now 3 scoops dementia Biden says his son is. Let that sink in Lefties.
The most important notion is that they lectured how the justice department was incorruptible and if Trump was found guilty it was gospel.

Now Joe is saying the only reason Hunter was targeted is because of political reasons.

The entire narrative they gave is a fraud. It fell like a house of cards. We know Trump was targeted politically, especially in New York. Democrats said such a thing was impossible, now they say judicial corruption exists. Complete hypocrisy

Every one of those cases has substantial differences than with Hunter Biden.

Prosecuting criminally is very rare.

Yes, the main difference is they at LEAST filed taxes.

Hunter knowingly an intentionally didn't even file.

According to the IRS, in 2022 allow they referred 1838 cases for prosecution, and got 1508 convictions: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p3583.pdf

We don't have the report yet for this year. That's a lot cases, with a very high conviction rate.

It’s a mere fraction of tax violations found. There’s MANY more who are dealt with via civil lawsuits.

Perhaps Hunter blackmailed Joe and said if you do not pardon me, I am going to spill the beans about your corruption.

You know, over turkey.

“Dad, pardon me or I will sing…pass the cranberries, please.”

again, name one. Someone who did what Hunter did, who paid the disputed amount, and went to jail for years.

Most tax disputes are resolved without litigation.

Hunter didn't make a mistake or an error on his return... he intentionally hid money from the IRS for decades and did not pay what he owed... that's called tax evasion and its a felony... had he come forward and exposed a mistake in year one and then paid his taxes and the penalties he would not be charged with evasion....
For fraud and tax evasion, the tax law dictates that if you're convicted, you may be fined up to $100,000 and sent to jail for up to five years....

Receiving funds is bribery, even if he didn't receive the funds personally. His son, brother, daughter-in-law, sister and grandkids all got money through Hunter. Hunter even paid some of Joe's bills.
No…receiving money from your family is not bribery

In Biden’s case, it was repayment of a loan to his brother documented by the bank
Hunter owed his father Bigly and started to pay some back

Yes, it is dumbass!

Those checks were cover for a loan that Biden had no documentation of ever having made to his brother. Suck it up! As per usual, you don't know shit!

I hope Joe acknowledges his GRANDDAUGHTER and she was at Thanksgiving dinner.

The one Hunter created when he blasted into a stripper without a hat.

Fucking retard. Hunter, not the kid.

Nope, at least not on Hunter, unless you can get something into court older that 10 years, which is doubtful due to statutes of limitations, and the Republican committee could find no proof to get the referral you want.
Depends, if the investigation into hunter has roots into the investigation into Joe. There was a reason Joe made the pardon date back to 2014. If it were just about the gun crime and the taxes, he could have pardoned him for those things. But he made it a blanket pardon for 10 years.

There's something under the surface here.

Also, depending on the crime, I know we like to say there are no limits on presidential pardon, but I can think of a few things where a presidential pardon could be overridden.
