BREAKING: Massive explosion at an industrial building in Medley, Florida.

You'll need to take that up with BIDEN'S NTSB Chair:

From the piece:
The NTSB chair addressed speculation that a rule on electronically controlled pneumatic (ECP) breaks -- if implemented -- would have prevented the train derailment, which she said was "FALSE."

"The ECP braking rule would've applied ONLY to HIGH HAZARD FLAMMABLE TRAINS. The train that derailed in East Palestine was a MIXED FREIGHT TRAIN containing only 3 placarded Class 3 flammable liquids cars," she tweeted. "This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn't have had ECP brakes."

So... you can continue to stick with your accusations but doing so will prove you're a LIAR.

part of the de regs were also the time spent on inspections & the ability to over ride recomendations to sideline trains deemed unfit.

thanx for trying to ignore those points mentioned!

the de - reg covers all hazardous materials. btw - how would YOU like to have a derailment with thousands of gallons of crude spill in yer neighborhood? will you still be saying that?

nice try cowboy ... now don't strain yer back as you bend over & ankle grab some more for donny!
Oil sure wouldn't kill me, but that would definitely be one heck of a clean up. Might bring job's with it... 😂.

So you actually want us to believe that Trump knowingly would repeal or downgrade regulation's pertaining to safety when it comes to hazardous materials being transported by trains or truck's traveling from point to point in route to their destinations eh ???? No one and I mean no one believes you leftist spin on everything or anything for that matter. Now if industries interpreted Trump's deregulation as being an open door to doing unsafe thing's, then that's on them, but Trump's intent was absolutely not to be interpreted as an open door for industry to skimp on safety in no way shape or form.

An Investigation into the industry that would use any new legislation in order to skirt on safety is what needs to take place, and punishments and fines issued appropriately.

None of what you posted means a damned thing, because you can't prove a direct connection between Trumps intent, and safety regs knowingly being targeted by Trump to be thwarted for the purpose of profits over safety.
