BREAKING: Judicial Watch Files $30 Million Wrongful Death Lawsuit against U.S. Government on Behalf of Ashli Babbitt’s Husband and Estate

No I am telling you Byrd lied. He said he warned Babbitt, and he also said he was being fired on. Both lies. Judicial Watch can prove it.
He did not say he was being fired on. Stop lying

He did not say he was being fired on. Stop lying

And Judicial Watch can't prove shit with any of the videos available. As its essentially impossible to make out a dozen voices screaming over one another. Especially the guy off camera behind a closed and barricaded glass door.

Once again, when Last reaches the limit of evidence, he just imagines.

And of course ignores the evidence we actually have: that Babbitt was part of a violent mob that frantically smashed their way through a barricaded door to get their hands on elderly members of congress who were being evacuated.

Evacuated from who? From the violent mob.

What I saw on X says differently.

No it doesn't. You can't tell tell who said what. Every so often, one voice will rise above the cacophony. The rest of the time, its an incomprehensible din of a dozen people screaming over each other.

You're claiming to be able to tell what every person of at least a dozen was saying the entire time, including a guy off camera who was behind a barricaded door while all the screaming was going on.

Laughing.....no you can't. You're deluding yourself. And your delusions won't save this useless wrongful death suit from the dismissal it deserves.

The video really does say it all.

"**** THE BLUE! **** THE BLUE!" was just an exquisite admission of what MAGA really thinks about cops.

Right before the violent mob began to frantically smash their way into the Speaker's Lounge to get their hands on elderly members of congress.

Did you bother to notice the uniformed officers and the plain clothes officer? None of them look even remotely threatened. Plus there was a Tac Team right in the stairwell. The only person who seems to have felt threatened was Michael Byrd who fired without even trying to block access. You might notice that one of the uniformed officers was right next to Babbitt and Byrd‘s shot missed him by less than a foot. That was anything but a good shooting. The wall behind Babbitt was stone, there was a good chance a through and through round would ricochet unpredictably endangering the other officers and members of the crowd.

Says who?

Are you quoting the officers, including the guy who had one of the violent protestors shatter a window pane 3 inches from his face with a punch?

If you're quoting the officer that he never felt threatened, what was his name?

Unneccessary shot period. At least 6 armed police behind her. While she stuck her head through she was not a lethal threat.

Get a non rigged jury...Judicial Watch gonna rip them a new one in court.

Simple case. Was she a lethal threat when shot. Nope.

She and the large mob that she was a part of was a lethal threat. The police officers were heavily outnumbered. That constitutes a lethal threat which justifies the shooting. 140 or so police officers were injured and one died from these unarmed protestors. Show the tape of the mob attacking police officers and have a dew testify about how they were attacked and the physical suffering they have undergone since they were attacked. These thugs had no business being there nor any legal right to be there.

And the cops have been monitoring the mob's brutal attacks on officers via radio.

Q: Why did you want to go in?

A: We're storming the capitol! Its a revolution!

Was it justified to shoot her? No. Is there any way to win that argument when she was breaking into the Capital Building? No.

Yes it was justified. The mob had no business being there and constituted a physical threat to the officers. Having a large number of people storming the capitol does legally constitute a threat.

Then you support using deadly force in all these cases. I'm with you on that. It sure would have drastically reduced any future riots. Right?

Immediately, he was on the FBIkl Most Wanted list. Then he instantly was not, and then he disappeared!

And why exactly do you want to use deadly force against Ray Epps again?

He was actively, diligently inciting illegal activity and to do so violently.

Further, if you don't believe that the former Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, was responsible for the lack of security or are you

What violence did Ray Epps 'incite'? Specifically. And what color was the sky in your photo of Mr. Epps when he supposedly 'incited'?

Last question (and its more rhetorical, as we both know you won't have a clue) are you familiar with the 'Imminent lawless action' standard of free speech?

Its all immediately relevant to your calls for Ray Epps to be shot for 'inciting illegal activity and to do so violently'.

YOU are the one who said the shooting of an innocent woman was JUSTIFIED!
