Is that because you know as well as I do that there is ZERO evidence that he DID yell warnings before opening fire? That's not a video of what happened, you dolt...that's a video of a witness that was obviously confused about what he was hearing. ALL of the videos taken of Byrd murdering Babbitt show the same thing...him stepping out with his gun extended and without saying a word opening fire. On Friday, news broke that a settlement in principle was reached in the Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit brought against the US government by the Babbitt family.

The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involving Officer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.

This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a “loaded Glock 22—the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.

All not relevant to her death by cop suicide.

Byrd "said" he was yelling warnings but there isn't a single bit of audio that picks him up yelling anything so the only conclusion that can be reached is that Byrd realized after the fact that he just shot and unarmed female protester without saying a word and that's going to get his incompetent ass in serious trouble!
