Whoa. This had some punch to it.Free speech is easy when you agree, but you only are ever tested on the principle if you allow people you don't agree with to speak.
This is true.

According to the reports, evidence was presented that he lied on his application for his visa.Gee. Actual evidence would be nice right about now.
The judge simply can't defer to the judgment of the Secretary of State on this one.
I'd like to see those reports, if you have them on hand.According to the reports, evidence was presented that he lied on his application for his visa.
That's enough.
I read the article. The link is posted here a few times, but here you go. Obviously you are not going to see any court documents.I'd like to see those reports, if you have them on hand.
Ah so it is. I missed that. The article wasn't so explicit with the language.I read the article. The link is posted here a few times, but here you go. Obviously you are not going to see any court documents.

Superman comics. They support anything and anybody that Hates America.
Wonder why that is![]()
The problem with your link is that in the court order in it, nothing is said about him lying. Simply that he's being removed because of Rubio deeming himI read the article. The link is posted here a few times, but here you go. Obviously you are not going to see any court documents.

That's one of the cool things about this message board, if we miss something, someone else usually spots it.Ah so it is. I missed that. The article wasn't so explicit with the language.
I'll do my best. That's one of the cool things about this message board, if we miss something, someone else usually spots it.
Next time it's your turn, I am counting on it
It's interesting that the initial visa application was used against him. Kind of like sending Al Capone to prison on tax evasion.I'll do my best.
Can't see this going to the Supreme Court.Mahmoud Khalil faces deportation for his role in Columbia University campus protests against Israel
A judge has ruled that Mahmoud Khalil, a University of Columbia student accused of fomenting unrest and violence in the guise of anti Israel protests can be deported. I will note that this case is likely to be appealed and may reach the Supreme Court.

He was an invited guest, here on a visa. We are not required to keep foreigners here who are disruptive, or trouble-makers, or propagandists for Islamic terrorists groups.Sure, but since we are a country that values individual rights over arbitrary collective punishment, I will ask: Did he kill any Jews? It's one thing to chant "kill the Jews" in protest, and another to command a group of people to do it, and even another to do it alongside them.
Like I said, I want to see the evidence Rubio presented to the judge. I'm not necessarily convinced his case was that airtight.

Actually he can. He'd have to find the SOS's judgement was unreasonable.Gee. Actual evidence would be nice right about now.

(i)In general
An alien whose presence or activities in the United States the Secretary of State has reasonable ground to believe would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States is deportable
You have to wait for them to get their talking points. Takes a bit these days as they are all discomboobulated.Well, I thought there would be more uproar.
If they kill them themselves firstThe Palestinians are like the Democrats.
They teach their children to hate.
