I ran nightclubs in the Real World. When ICE agents would come to town? The illegal community immediately spread the word and there wouldn't be an illegal in sight until ICE left town. It wasn't a question of ME doing anything! That word went out like wild fire and then employees started calling out sick. It happened about once a year twenty five years ago.
