BREAKING: CA Senator Detained After Storming Noem News Conference

They probably could have done a better job with that. Although I don't know where we draw the line anymore. He shouldn't be interrupting the press conference and as a United States senator he can ask for and get a personal audience with Noem.

He didn't identity himself

Could have been any random beaner

No, it wasn't a beating. But if it were me, I would have taken a beating but you can beat your sweet ass I would have gotten some punches in.

I mean I don't get it. The way the entire situation was handled was wrong. Kind of like the whole California riots. I mean why can't you people on the right admit that sometimes, well Trump and his completely amateur staff, sometimes make mistakes. Are you afraid the Brown Shirts are going to come get you?

I mean how hard would it be for Noem to say, "excuse me, I will take questions at the end". She didn't want to take questions. These Trump cabinet members want to lay down edicts. They ******* run from questions. Why, because they really can't defend their actions. I mean it is so obvious.

This event is a microcosm of the whole California debacle. The riots started after Border Patrol agents went into a busy restaurant on a Friday night, in the middle of the rush, riot gear, assault rifles, masked, just to make a damn show. How hard would it be to go in on a Saturday morning, when the prep crew was there, when the restaurant was not open, and pull the payroll records? I mean the busboys, bartenders, and hostess staff are all going to be coming in to pick up their tip share. They could pick up the servers when they came in for the next shift. I mean the level of ineptitude of this administration is absolutely embarrassing.
You're really not that bright, are you? Let me explain how this works in the "Real World". If law enforcement HAD gone into that restaurant in the morning...then anyone who wasn't legal wouldn't have showed up for their next shift! If you think they would have then you're as naive as they come.

Cruz interrupted Klobuchar, was he strong armed and taken out of the Senate?
Was there ever any doubt who Cruz was? Why would he be taken out of the Senate? It's a totally different example. If Padilla wanted to make a statement...he could have done so on the Senate floor. He got on a plane and flew to LA to put on a show. It's childish but that's all that the left has these days!

If he really wanted to ask Noem questions all he needed to do was make an appointment to do so. Care to take a crack at explaining why he went the route of bum rushing the stage?
I assume he wanted to ask questions in a public forum so she couldn't dodge them. Is "bum rush" the talking point RWM has established to excuse the incident or did you come up with it yourself?

No....he wanted to start some shit like your average Code Pink asshole.

Noem claims he did not identify himself. He did,you can hear him, she lied, everything else after that comes into question. Do you support a lying Director of Homeland Security?
And the Secret Service is supposed to take the word of the big guy rushing the cabinet member during her speech?

Speaking to the media not long after the confrontation, Padilla said he was in the federal building for a scheduled briefing when he decided to drop by Noem’s news conference down the hall. He said he began to ask the secretary a question when he was “forcibly removed” from the room, forced to the ground and handcuffed.

“If this is how this administration responds to a senator with a question … you can only imagine what they’re doing to farmworkers, to cooks, to day laborers,” Padilla said. “We will hold this administration accountable.”
