The Biden Autopen Scandal just got worse.

The problem with these stories is there is no indication HOW the NYT knows this. Thus no way to know whether any information is correct or not. The NYT does not have a good track record for good journalism or honest reporting for some time now.

We ALL know in our hearts Biden was too cognitively compromised that it is a near certainty he didn't know about those pardons and did not authorize them. He probably did know about Hunter's pardon. But I m pretty sure there is no way to determine for certain he did not okay them.

There is no law on the books directing or restricting the use of the autopen. Presidents traditionally have used it--ordered a staffer to use it--when they are away from Washington and critical legislation needs to go into effect. There is generally also a paper trail of these incident.

I can find no credible evidence any President other than Biden has used autopen for pardons. Should that issue ever wind up in court--the chances of that happening are extremely slim to none--I don't see any way to prove that Biden did not approve all the pardons issued in his administration whether signed by autopen or not.
