Yes, through the 1996 Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA), President Bill Clinton expanded the authority of immigration officials to conduct "expedited removals" of certain individuals without requiring a full immigration court hearing. This provision allows for summary removal of individuals who lack proper entry documents or have committed fraud during their entry. You can't send them anywhere. They have the right to come here and go through the process of becoming citizens. They contribute 100 billion to this country in taxes annually. The cost of your racism is expensive.
No Hearing Required:
Expedited removal can occur without the presence of an immigration judge or judicial review.
