Half of the illegal guns seized by police in Canada, were smuggled across the border from the USA.

But here’s the difference, in Canada police don’t shoot legally armed civilians because there aren’t any. If they get to a scene and someone has a gun, don’t waste time trying to determine if he’s a good guy or a bad guy.

No moron, you don't know what you are talking about. The FBI defines a mass public shooting as 3 or more deaths in a shooting that does not involve another underlying crime....it used to be 4 deaths but that wasn't getting enough mass shootings counted, so obama lowered the total dead to 3.

The shooter went to the hospital to kill his ex fiance, the other woman got caught in the crossfire and the police shot it out with him before he committed suicide...it is not a mass public shooting. He did not go there to murder people except for the ex fiance.
