Odd. I don't see anyone jumping out of those 2 boats to escape the rock! Had I been there, I think I would have dove off the boat under water as deep and as far as I could have!

You just might be right. There can be a horrific crime going on right in front of people now and rather than try to come to the aid of the victim, people now just stand around taking pictures of it.
Yep. But fortunately a few states have passed laws that if you're standing there videoing a crime or accident and you don't offer any help...........you're an accessory and can be punished the same as any criminal.
