Who the hell doesn't protect their sovereignty?

It should be a simple decision, do everything you can to protect against illegal entry, or, have massive punishment to government officials in the form of lawsuits every time a citizens has to bury one of their family members.

You can't stop all crime, but, when someone enters and roams when they shouldn't be and they commit a capital crimes, heads must roll in my opinion. Trump recognized the problem and used the age old method of erecting a barrier between two independent nations.

I think Thomas should retire in September and have Trump replace him with a young conservative.

Your post #13 says basically that the wall is ineffective, and that no one "stops them, accounts for them, or tracks them".
My prior post #3 shows that the number of apprehensions is dropping from 2019 numbers to 2020 numbers due to the wall.
So I take issue that no one "stops them" from crossing illegally. I hope the US border is less porous now than before.
I also hope that murders, kidnappings, rapes, MS-13 members, drugs, and other crimes by illegals is down along the border aras.
