Boasberg claims the information provided to him so far is “woefully inadequate,” and lacks the citations of what cabinet-level officials were involved in deporting criminal illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members protected by a leftist immigration organization employing Judge Boasberg’s daughter.

Judge Boasberg appears to be focused on generating a contempt order against the Trump administration. Presumably, this would give Boasberg’s allied Democrats in congress a foothold for their needed 2018 election effort and another impeachment attempt.

#1 The Judges was a FISA court Judge and has the equivilant of a TS/SBI (Top Secret/Spectial Background Investigation) which is about the highest clearance you can have.

#2 If the Government makes the claim that the information is classified, then there are procedures where the information is presented in a seal manner, not for public release. Routine matters for courts to deal with classified information.

#3 FAA records, police traffic camera, flight logs, etc. are not "classified" and would determine would estblishe "when" the aircraft left, where it was inflight in relationship to the time the TRO was issued.
