#2 If the Government makes the claim that the information is classified, then there are procedures where the information is presented in a seal manner, not for public release. Routine matters for courts to deal with classified information.
#3 FAA records, police traffic camera, flight logs, etc. are not "classified" and would determine would estblishe "when" the aircraft left, where it was inflight in relationship to the time the TRO was issued. WW
