Apparently, it's not lawful.

In any case, I'm sure the Governor has to sign off on any resumption of rights for felons. He should twiddle his thumbs for awhile, let Bloomberg spend his money, and then schedule any signings for November 4.

No it's not lawful, on more than one level. I can only hope he is held legally accountable.

It is totally illegal. Bloomberg could go to prison for this and and he should.

I’d assume most felons would vote for Trump don’t you think? Not very many snowflake liberals out there behind bars
