The SCOTUS case ruled on the rates for 2018 and 2019, dope. Ruling them illegal. There is nothing beyond that in the ruling.xiden could have changed the policy the day he was sworn in. He didn’t, it’s his policy. He could have not decided to defend the policy to SCOTUs…he did
