The outcome is that there was a shift in the voting patterns of people in the most recent election that indicate that people with less formal education eere more likely to vote for the current president than the person that ran against him.

Playing semantics because a category that defines the measurement is not worded in a certain way(although it means the same thing) and attempting to interpret the outcone differently because of that, is a waste of boardspace.....and time.

Even YOU should understand that, which means that this is quite simple, and requires no critical thinking skills.
