How many sanctuary areas are controlled by republicans?

It’s the (majority of) GOP that wants to end sanctuary cities and the like and it’s the Democrats that want to prevent them from succeeding. Let’s not forget which party is promoting the abolishment of ICE. It was a Democratic president that enforced DACA. In February the Democrats succeeded in blocking a vote that would have brought punitive measures against sanctuary cities for not complying with federal immigration policies.

Illegal immigrants are human beings and as such are granted certain rights and I stand by those rights, but Americans should come first. Worrying about illegals over legal citizens sends a clear message of who politicians care about. Would you vote for someone who was more concerned about the well-being of non-citizens over citizens?
