There is some truth to that. Like I said before, 10% of the black population is making the other 90% look bad. Just like 5% of whites are bad actors.
Now I think it's our fault their communities are so fucked up. But that doesn't mean they aren't responsible for cleaning up the mess. Throughout human history humans have fucked up other humans. We've enslaved, murdered, stolen from each other, concurred, etc. Look at what Germany did to the Jews. Yes the jews still carry the chip on their shoulders but that didn't turn them in to criminals. The black community has to do better even if it is/was our fault.
Good black people teach their kids they have to be twice as good as a white person in order to get ahead. They will be judged harshly because whites are racist and don't understand or care that they created our countries ghettos. We certainly didn't treat them well after we freed them. We didn't treat them well in the 1960's. And we still don't treat them good. We treat them like 2nd class citizens.
But then they need to clean up their neighborhoods from within. If there are drug dealers in the neighborhood turn them in. Organize neighborhood watches. I'm talking about the poorest neighborhoods. They'd going to have to change their behavior if they want to thrive in America. No it's not their fault but they need to stop being victims. Racism may always exist. That doesn't mean all of America is racist. Look at how many companies have diversity programs and practice affirmative action. We are still moving towards fixing the problem WE CREATED.
Sorry if blacks aren't doing better. If you thought your country was not treating you fairly what would you do? Would you be angry like they are?
