Those attacks in various Chinatowns show that Asian "leaders" are not doing their duty.

They should organize committees of at least 3 strong men, who are armed with pepper spray, baseball bats, good video cameras, etc.

Whenever a certain young gentleman is seen walking on the sidewalk in Chinatown, an alert should be sent out so that the committee can immediately follow the suspect and let him know that he is being watched.
