We now have to rely on immigration to fill the gaps. Stop making it illegal to come here. It seems to me that conservatives believe that just coming here to become a member of our society is a crime. It's not. All the person has to do is turn themselves over at the border and follow the legal steps to come here. Unfortunately during the trump years that process was nearly cut off creating a very big problem of people coming across the border.
We need immigration reform. It's been proposed several times but has never managed to get through our congress to be signed and become law. Seems to me the only reform the republicans want is to stop immigration totally. They don't seem to be willing to do anything to make the situation better.
Trump had the border situation under control--Biden Fd it all up by removing Trump's policies. Now we have tens of thousands of illegals many of which have Covid being bused all across the country from coast to coast while Dementia stopped travel to and from India because of their outbreak.
When a country no longer has borders, it's no longer a country. The United States allows a million foreigners to come here to become citizens every single year. We pass out nearly a million Visa's and green cards every year for people to take advantage of what we created. We spend billions of our tax dollars on foreign aid to those counties sending their illegals here. That's on top of the vast amount of private charities to help their citizens.
Nobody does more for foreigners than the United States of America; nobody even comes close. For anybody to suggest we need to do more better study other countries and how they handle foreigners there, because the US is doing way to much for these people instead of not enough.
