Birth Rates

Haha. My son just got his divorce finalized. We are so happy that marriage dissolved. He was miserable for 12 years.
Today's young women are definitely under a delusion they have no shortcomings (Hollywood and influencers)

They are HIGHLY susceptible by societal manipulation. Which will cause the destruction of solid good relationships with men.

Im just elated no kids were in the mix. He never wanted them. And it's alot less messy when there's no kids.

Well....he did see that the light coming out from under the door was not a monster after him but an avenue of escape.

Children are often used as a means to inflict injury on a divorced spouse. "Buying of affection" and especially gaslighting. (Disparaging comments) and alienation of affection.

The "system " is rigged against fathers in today's society. Men are always disparaged as evil bad guys and women as pathetic weak heroes of the children.

But anymore this just simply is not true. Women are at least the same villain rates as the guys....possibly more so.

Is was an awful time for him. She was constantly on his case to the point he was physically ill. Scared, nervous, and downtrodden. It killed us to see him in that manner. Always sad.
Nothing he did made her happy. Since he is on his own he feels better, blood pressure now normal, digestive issues cleared up. I kid you not. Excessive mental distress and it's toll on a person is a very real thing.

Symptoms of a huge problem.

Coming soon to the USA....

Retiring en masse opens up many jobs and allows for younger workers to go from job to job for better pay. Employers have to step up their pay to get them. Win win win
If there is no money to pay....then there is no business.

I owned a bakery. I set people to make tarts.
I paid $15/hr. Taxes, insurance, and etc raised that to actually paying $22/hr but they see the 15 and they watch the taxes get cut from that.

I got $6ea for tarts. I had a food cost of 35% for tarts. Meaning I had $2 of ingredients in the tarts. (Roughly and not precisely)
When they only make one tart every 15 minutes....I'm losing money while they demand to be paid more an hour.

I usually made up the difference because I could do a LOT more than that. I also could make a lot of other things incredibly fast. Paying them $15/hr already was charity at my expense.

Now....people won't spend $15 for a $6 tart....but if I was to actually configure margin for their labor (instead of mine) into the tart the bakery would go under. (I also would have packaging costs to yet pay too).

The kids making tarts were worth half to a third of what they were.
It's either accept the wages and have a job or get better....make 10-15 tarts an hour. Then I can afford to pay more. And would be ecstatic about it because I could never keep enough tarts in the case.

Why hire when you can do it yourself? If every person owned their own business and nobody worked for another imagine the possibilities. Won't happen but that would be amazing.

I, even though fast, can't make enough product working 12 hour days to keep the display cases full. I need assistance even if it's just scooping cookies, baking cupcakes, making tart shells and etc. Easy stuff that doesn't require much skill. Those jobs don't pay much but it's better than no job and you want pocket money for college. Take your boyfriend out on a date. Get a new game for XBox or whatever.

And every person has a small business. They sell their talent and labor. They market it during the interview and hiring process.

No talent and unprofitable labor = low pay, mind numbing work. (AKA worst jobs)

High skill and very productive labor = high pay and creative, intuitive, thinking jobs.
Nature of the beast.

I was head baker for a REASON. Not because I look intelligent (I look dumb) Not for my OnlyFans account (don't have one)
But because I could bake a LOT of great stuff from scratch that tasted better than the competition who used frozen pre-made products.
We had 6 different flours and not 15 different dry mixes and frozen pre-made stuff we made into 30 products. We had 2 butters 3 shortenings and a ton of dry ingredients. We had vanilla beans instead of extract and real liquor instead of flavorings. (Makes a difference).
My biggest expense was various milks, cream, butter, eggs. Sugars and flours are still cheap. And the packaging....uggghhhh. that stuff was expensive too.

But I was expensive. I didn't make $15/hr. Ha! I wrote the menu and recipes we used, I chose and bought the equipment we used. (Had specific needs based on menu and processes). And watched it all work profitably. That's why I got PAID. The kids didn't. The girls up front making coffee? Didn't need to pay them....they were pretty so they made tips.

Meaning....if you can't cook you better be pretty.
