Well think of this. Wages aren't going up to cover the 44 grand and medical costs are going up. Sooo....

We do not have a population problem now, nor will we in the future. The US can import MILLIONS of people at will. Population size may be an issue for a lot of nations, but not ours. If we decide to open our door, people will flood in.

The fertility rate in the entire world is falling like a stone. The fertility rate for 2023 was 2.27 Not only aren't other countries producing children, I can see a time when they will control their own out migration to keep their own populations viable.
