Birds at the feeder

We have about a foot of snow here in western Va. so my deck is busy with birds. I have a suet block in a little wire cage and I just sprinkle seed I buy at Walmart around the deck. Two pair of cardnals every day on the seed. I had a nice fat dove today. A young mockingbird hits the suet block once in a while along with the occasional woodpecker and starling.

We like our birds right up near our porch. We have a crow who thinks he is one of our chickens.
