We still maintain strategic oil reserves. We also still maintain our strategic steel capability. Liberals have not shut down a single steel mill or oil refinery

The decision to kill Bin Laden was far from a no brainer. There was no assurance that he was even in the compound. Sending in the SEALS into a foreign country without authorization left them open to possible killing or capture.

TARP was started by W. in case you've forgotten...Obama simply continued what Bush started. TARP may have prevented a depression. God knows the Obama stimulus didn't do much of anything except keep some government workers employed and pay off some Obama supporters in the green energy sector. We could have very easily just let GM file bankruptcy, reorganize and continue on instead of bailing them out. Obama stepped in to save the UAW...it had zero to do with saving the US auto industry.

During the second world war the auto industry built all of our tanks and other armored vehicles. Now we have dedicated plants that build them. If GM had failed the rest of the auto makers would have stepped in to fill the void...and they would have prospered.

You want to help the auto industry then allow US companies to drill for oil, the price of fuel keeps people from driving and wearing their cars out. The average age of a car in the US now is 1.5 years.

Obama didn't prevent us from going into a depression he's kept us in a recession/depression since he got in. If he would allow more drilling and stop the EPA from their idiotic meddlng we would be expanding our economy now. Instead we have more people on foodstamps then ever in our history.
