No..and probably no. I'm sure the Democrats added some outrageous stipulations and pork to the bill to where it's just unpassable.
They probably added "no voter id and mail-in voting everywhere for 50 years" to the bill or something. Something so ridiculous it can't pass or it'll implode the country.
Not that Republicans don't add a bunch of bullshit either.
Adding extra crap to bills should be illegal.

I don't get upset with helping out the unemployed along with small business owners. But if they pass another stimulus and/or suspend payroll taxes then shame on them for their fiscal irresponsibility.

The GOP should hold firm for a quick end for the unemployment bonus, which provides a disincentive to working. The Dems want to keep employment (and the economy) down until after the election. They also oppose a payroll tax cut for the same reason. Such wonderful people!
