I'll watch it and add comments here.

First thing I noticed was that the very first question was about cutting taxes. I was very surprised at that. It was to the effect of "California has the highest gasoline tax in the nation. Should we cut taxes?" It was asked of Billionaire Tom Steyer, trying to prove that money can buy happiness after all - if happiness is a new pair of Nikes.

His answer was of course, WTTE of "Trump Sux!" but then he did say he did not want to "give up" the gas tax.

The Limey guy (Steve Hilton) is the only one that sounds like

a) he knows what he's talking about and
b) he gives a shit.

The Democrats all seem like they are going through the motions. After the first question was answered by bashing Trump, they now are lethargic and listless.

Steve Hilton is the best choice for governor. There isn't a single serious candidate among the Democrats.

Uh-oh.

32:40, the news lady asked Becerra "what rumors did you hear about Eric Swalwell?"

He didn't answer, but instead insisted that he was this great crime fighter when he was Attorney General.

Good Gawd, Y'all!

43:40, coming back from a break, they show a video of a CHP officer giving a truck driver a test for understanding road signs. They guy has no clue and speaks not a word of English the entire time. First question goes to Becerra who, predictably, slams the officer and accuses him of racial profiling with zero evidence. He literally ends with "that officer has some 'splainin' to do.

This is a low-hanging curve ball for Hilton.

Unbelievable. Every Democrat said they would "fight the Trump administration" on the subject of illegal aliens who cannot speak English driving big rigs.
