Look at it like this, if 20 years ago, I told some other people “man, id like to kick the ass of anyone who wronged me”, 20 years later, can some random person sue me for assault? Do they have any proof that I had any contact with them? Did they go report the assault to the police? Did they go to the hospital to have their injuries tended to? Did anyone see any violence toward them? Did anyone hear it?

No?
