Kari Lake gets big win from Arizona Supreme Court!

She will now be able to conduct signature verification on ballots. Thousands of ballots were approved in violation of legal requirements. Kari is a real fighter!

Too funny...you are actually spinning a near-total loss into a 'big win' because one count was sent back to the lower court for review??

Damn, you fools are really, really, desperate!

Maricopa gets thrown out, then Finchem and Hamadeh have grounds to have it tossed in their races too.

What total loss?
I do believe that I said 'Near-total', yes?

The Arizona Supreme Court has declined to hear most of Republican Kari Lake’s appeal in a challenge of her defeat in the governor’s race but revived a claim that was dismissed by a trial court.
In an order Wednesday, the state’s highest court said a lower court erroneously dismissed Lake’s claim challenging the application of signature verification procedures on early ballots in Maricopa County. The court sent the claim back to a trial court to consider
Lake said late Wednesday that she’s thrilled with the ruling.

“The signature verification process in Maricopa County is a house of cards,” Lake said in a statement. “Thanks to this ruling my team will get the chance to topple it.” The state Supreme court declined to review six of the seven legal issues presented by the former TV news anchor’s lawyers, including a claim that centered on Lake’s allegation that over 35,000 unaccounted-for ballots were added at a processing facility run by a company. The lower court will now examine whether Lake’s signature verification claim was properly dismissed or whether she can prove her claim and show that enough votes were affected that it altered the outcome of the election.
Barrett Marson, a Republican political consultant in Phoenix aligned with the party’s establishment wing, said some human-caused errors might be uncovered in the signature verification process, but he doubted that would be enough to undo the outcome of the race. “Systematic? No,” Marson said. “Widespread? No. Election overturning? No.” Nicole DeMont, who served as Hobbs’ campaign manager, declined to comment on the decision.

What do you expect a Juan McWeasel machine hack to say?

That's not a near total loss. She has a chance to prove her allegation. Why are you against that? The Republican 'establishment wing' is not to be trusted.

Actually, the lower court is to review its earlier ruling in light of instruction from the higher court. that's all that's happening, right now. Maybe she gets to compare some siggies..at her own expense....the chances that she can find enough bad siggies to overturn the election are basically nil....but hey...keep hoping, right?
Of course, no guarantee the lower court will rule her way. Yeah, I call losing 6 out of 7 allegations near-total.

Maybe this will keep her busy for a while. She seems to be the sort best suited to mindless work.
