Last week, Trump-Endorsed 2022 Arizona Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem filed a Motion to Reconsider and new supplemental evidence — providing more confirmation that election day ballots were tampered with — in the Maricopa County Superior Court for his dismissed 2022 Election lawsuit.

A RINO Doug Ducey-appointed judge recently dismissed Finchem’s lawsuit despite clear collusion and election interference between Katie Hobbs, Maricopa County, and Twitter, and intentional machine failures at 60% of polling locations in Maricopa County. The judge then sanctioned Finchem because he dared to fight an obviously corrupt election in the unfair justice system.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Abe Hamadeh is still awaiting a new trial in the Mohave County Superior Court. Kari Lake appealed her lawsuit to the Arizona Supreme Court recently, and her case was sent back to the trial court for reexamination of the improperly dismissed signature verification fraud claim.

The lawsuit is signed off by We The People AZ co-founder and Maricopa County Republican Committee First-Vice Chair Shelby Busch.

This comes after We The People AZ sent a public records request to view these documents on April 5. According to the filing, “On April 10, 2023, the Public Records Custodian responded to Plaintiff WE THE PEOPLE’s request by stating, ‘pursuant to A.R.S. 16-168(F) and in the best interest of the state exception to the Public Records Act, the Recorder’s Office is denying your request.'”


The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County also refused to provide Kari Lake’s legal team with these public records and gave the same response. This was despite the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent order sending the erroneously dismissed signature verification fraud count in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged gubernatorial election back to the trial court for further review.

Actually, they're not. they are covered under privacy and anti-identity theft laws. The issue is that usually redacted versions are used..with no identifying data like addresses, phone numbers and such.
The fear..in Maricopa County, is that the sensitive info..is precisely what Lake and her ilk are after. This will lead to knocks on people's doors from people demanding to know who they voted for.
That is unacceptable..so a compromise needs to be worked out.
The law has an exception to court orders regarding sensitive information..County officials are merely obeying the law.
Not that I doubt they are enjoying every minute of it. Lake is NOT popular in local or state govt.
