The Trump team more or less gave their 'opening statement' yesterday, and rather than report on it honestly and fairly, the press instead decided to either ignore it completely or use personal attacks on Rudy Giuliani and basically dismiss the idea that any election fraud occurred and Trump has no evidence to show - just hearsay and wild 'unsubstantiated claims'.

Greg Kelly breaks down the ‘fake news’ reactions that followed Rudy Giuliani’s legal arguments ...

The judge released audio of the proceedings. I'm curious as to why Rudy in his statements told the judge that this wasn't a matter of fraud?

You do know that Trump's top WH aides are staying far away from this crap because they know it's all crap and a disservice to this country.

So what? We all know their "evidence" will never see the inside of a court room. That's where opening statements and evidence is given. In front of a judge. Not in front of a TV camera. But we all know as soon as that happens, this whole charade is over. They deserved to be mocked, and dismissed, and not covered. I wouldn't have either. Just a bunch of fluffers trying to keep the election in the news until December 14th.
Just about all done now, though. :)

trying to keep the election in the news
That's a good one.

Again, present your evidence to a judge. Don't care what "theories" you want to blow up the asses of your supporters.
No judge is going to be swayed by conspiracy theories with no evidence to back them up. Not even the Republican ones
Mitch packed the middle and lower courts with for Trump. Not quite working out the way they thought it would, huh? :)

It is good to see they are finally taking their jobs as journalists more seriously than simply presenting vain spectacle.

So pretty much what you would expect. They want Rudy to show all his evidence and witnesses to them so they can attack his evidence, doxx and threaten all his witnesses then have the judge throw the case out for prejudicing the public with the evidence before the court can even examine it!

What I want to know is who was this Hottie on Rudy's team! She can represent me any time!
