its really not as bad as you might think. i thought the same thing til i had it done. this is what i ended up getting. not a genital one, but an ear one. with a dick piercing you have clean it througly at 3 times a day. when i got my PA a couple years ago i was in college, so cleaning it wasnt a prob, but know i dont even have time to piss some days let alone fondle myself in some bathroom! so i figured a transverse would be good.
