Apparently, one of Biden's transgender appointments to the Department of Energy was arrested for stealing a woman's luggage, luggage that goes by the pronoun luggageX, on a security camera at an airport. Apparently, the man in the dress switched the tags on the luggage and was then seen walking fast out of the airport with the stolen goods.

Contestants for the now open position appear to be a bearded lady at a nearby circus and an Alzheimer's patient at a local hospital who is related to Fetterman.
