I think someone lied to Joe and told him his poll numbers are in the toilet because he has a 'messaging' problem. So now Joe is trying new adjectives until he finds one that will make Americans like his extremely high gas prices and attempt to force everyone to buy $60,000 electric cars.

No one's being forced to buy electric cars. Just like no one is forced to buy $40K plus gas guzzling SUV's with 35 gallon fuel tanks.
Our economy functions on the basic principles of supply and demand. And coming out of a pandemic we have pent up demand, especially for travel and leisure.
A three year old could have seen this coming, but apparently you partisans just need a reason to whine.
