"Biden's documents are different from Trump's documents"

It wasn't Biden's office, as in an office that Biden set up, or had complete control of.

It was an office in Biden's think tank.

The Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement at the University of Pennsylvania is founded on the principle that a democratic, open, secure, tolerant, and interconnected world benefits all Americans. Based in our nation’s capital, the Penn Biden Center engages more of our fellow citizens in shaping this world, while ensuring the gains of global engagement are widely shared.
haha of course it was it was jj’s private office for the think tank he created. nobody else used his private office in DC

no he didn’t. he said he couldn’t indict. we all know that, he has to be removed from office for a high crime or misdemeanor first. Then indicted.
Mueller said that he couldn't even accuse.

The Justice Department has a long-standing policy that prevents federal prosecutors from charging the president with a crime.

In his report, Mueller did not ultimately charge the president. He made clear during his afternoon testimony that because of the OLC opinion, his team did not even reach a conclusion about “whether the president committed a crime.”

certainly he couldn’t if he didn’t have the evidence. that would of been horribly wrong

Once again, that's complete speculation.

They said it was there for Biden to use on the few occasions (reported as around half a dozen times a year) he was in town.

It was those pesky Russians!

no it’s not. xiden created the office for when he was working in DC. it was his think tank, it was his office. he was the one that had the access to the classified documents when he was VP, he has classified documents at his house as well from the time he was VP

Dummy, it clearly states that a sitting President cannot be indicted, no matter the evidence. You are down to denying the obvious, which is a really bad look.

We, at the outset, determined that, when it came to the president’s culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a sitting president cannot be indicted,” - Mueller.

Congratulations. Donald Trump owns Trump Tower. His private office is right next to where they stored FORGED BUSINESS RECORDS, that Trump has complete access to.

A jury found Trumps business to be a criminal organization, that Trump ran.

That's a direct correlation

i know that’s why they have to be removed from office after the special counsel recommends indictments…that’s what happen to Nixon and Clinton…indictments were recommended and the congress acted

ok..your point? actually they were found in a office next to his…unlike xiden…the docs were found in his office. in his folder labeled personal

Barack Obama sent 33,000,000 documents to a warehouse in Chicago. Prove that Barack packed the boxes.

You can't. And that's the point. You have no proof that anything you said has any basis in fact.
Wasn’t the archives right?!

You forget. Every office at the top of Trump Tower belongs to Trump.

Trumps direct connection to forged business records. Since they were stored next to his office.
they were stored next to office…not in his office in a file labeled personal mixed with personal information like xiden’s case

Right, so Special Council could not idict and therefore could not accuse, all he could do is lay out the facts and clear if a prosecutable case could not be made.

haha no he can recommend incitements…as i stated it was done thought out history. he can’t do that if he doesn’t have the evidence to support it

Wrong, wrong again.

"Based on Justice Department policy and principles of fairness, we decided we would not make a determination as to whether the President committed a crime. That was our decision then and it remains our decision today." - Mueller.

Read that again untill you understand that it wasn't a matter of evidence - Mueller could not bring charges against a sitting president and therefore could not accuse. All he could do based on evidence is clear, which he didn't.

that was his decision. what part of that don’t you get? obviously he didn’t have the evidence. why can’t you accept his decision?

It's like talking to a wall.

Mueller is saying DOJ guidelines (can't charge) and principle of fairness (can't accuse) caused them to be unable to make the determination, not evidence.

Don't reply unless you can address that.
