Just think, if Dems take Congress, they can repeal all their legislation that Trump signed. All the vetos that Trump handed out, gone.

I’m just trying to understand what republicans think they’re going to do and how. I don’t see any constitutional method by which they can declare a former president incompetent and undo their actions.

Not only is it unprecedented, it’s alarming the extent to which such a means could be easily abused.

The same way Democrats went after Trump once he left office, I said years ago that the party in power needs to be careful about how they act while in power or it will bite you in the ass and it happens on both sides.

Hell, you didn’t want Biden’s mental issues investigated while he was in office but now you want to with Trump.

This is why I dislike the two extremes in both parties, they have no awareness outside of their bigotry and hate.

I don't understand your point. There is precedent for impeachment once out of office and is clearly an established constitutional process.

The only reason they held the impeachment hearings was for the same reason they are investigating Biden’s health cover up, for show. The Democrats knew that there was no way Trump would be convicted in the Senate and that is why Pelosi wanted the hearings during prime time. It was all for show, nothing else, this is what hate does, stupid things.
