No. You’re not “given” the right. Miranda is just a reminder of the rights you always have. You are wrong again. You are given the right to remain silent After an arrest has occurred
he literally said it was because of that privilege.
That is a civil case, not a criminal case! Have a nice day! He did not testify in his criminal day.
Did you not listen to his explanation of why he took the 5th?

Man who goes to bed with itchy butt wake up with stinky fingers!
Then why did he plead the Fifth?
How so?
So you believe he was part of a cover up?Of course it does. Treason is a pretty serious crime and I’d claim the 5th if people were talking about it for me.
because that is what one would do & then cite why if he chose to.
he chose to.
That’s when you take the 5th or get arrested for contempt.Wrong. You have every right to remain silent.
I believe there are people who want to make an example out of him and that's a good reason to plead the 5th.So you believe he was part of a cover up?
You most certainly can if it implicate you in a crime. If a girl drowned at Firds Lake under suspicious circumstances and I have not been charged then I Cannot take the 5th if asked if I was at the lake that day
Not an example, hold him responsible for contributing to covering up Biden's mental incapacity.I believe there are people who want to make an example out of him and that's a good reason to plead the 5th.
He wasn’t under any obligation to disclose his patient’s health information to anyoneNot an example, hold him responsible for contributing to covering up Biden's mental incapacity.
Some of the questions he refused to answer had nothing to do with Biden’s medical records. At least one was something on the order of “did you ever notice symptoms of lack of mental acuity”. Or it might have been “did you notify anyone of Biden’s lack of mental acuity”. I only heard the question once and wasn’t paying a lot of attention to the wording.
You can’t arbitrarily take the 5th, if Congress grants him immunity for his testimony then he can’t take the 5th and would have to answer, because his testimony would no longer be prosecuted.I believe there are people who want to make an example out of him and that's a good reason to plead the 5th.
Clearly he has a good reason to plead the 5th. I guess that answers that question. Not an example, hold him responsible for contributing to covering up Biden's mental incapacity.
Except he didn’t claim confidentiality, he took the fifth to protect himself. The Doctor told Republicans to “Go FUK yourself” as he exercised Doctor/Patient privacy
Congress can offer immunity, but they can't force him to accept immunity. You can’t arbitrarily take the 5th, if Congress grants him immunity for his testimony then he can’t take the 5th and would have to answer, because his testimony would no longer be prosecuted.
They used this on the mob in the 70’s.
The police have to remind you of this right because it was given to those under arrest. There was a time it did not existNo. You’re not “given” the right. Miranda is just a reminder of the rights you always have.
You don’t get to decide if implication is in play. These are facts and not feelingsYou most certainly can if it implicate you in a crime.
